The City of Pembroke Floodplain Administrator hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between US Highway 280 E to the south, Camellia Drive to the west, and Stubbs Farm Road to the east. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Mill Creek and Unnamed Tributary and Tributary 2 to Mill Creek from a point approximately 3,000 ft downstream of C C Road to US Highway 280 E. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Pembroke City Hall at 353 North Main Street.
